If you have previously registered your copy of ecoPrint and need your license key information re-sent:
Please go to the Register page and enter your salescode and click 'Submit'.
Enter the email address you registered with and your Registration Confirmation Email will be re-sent to you.
If you still require technical support, submit this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. To ensure a speedy reply from us, be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- The license key or sales code
- Software and Version number
- Information on your computer (Hardware, OS, Memory, Printer)
- If possible, the error message
- What you were doing when the error occurred
